Patron Library Card Policy
Library cards for patrons over 18 years of age may be obtained by filling out a user agreement in person at the library. Two proofs of current residence (utility bills are preferred) are needed plus a valid picture ID (Driver's License preferred). Student cards can be issued to children who are school age (6 yrs and up). A parent or guardian must be present to sign for anyone under 18 years of age. Parents must provide their own driver's license picture and two proofs of current residence. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while in the library.
